Ping Identity is seeking a Vice President of Product & Solution Marketing to lead market strategy and drive revenue impact as the company scales at enterprise level. You will define market narratives, establish thought leadership in identity and cybersecurity, and shape category perception—particularly around Identity for AI.
Key responsibilities include: (1) Market & Category Vision—lead enterprise-scale market and competitive intelligence, identify high-leverage opportunities, define buyer personas and journeys, and establish Ping as the thought leader in next-generation identity and security; (2) Positioning & Messaging Architecture—partner with the CEO and executive team to set market direction, define company-wide positioning and differentiated value propositions, develop scalable messaging frameworks across products and solutions, and create comprehensive launch strategies; (3) GTM Strategy & Launch Excellence—own go-to-market strategy for major product and solution launches, create integrated launch frameworks aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partners, ensure world-class sales readiness and enablement, establish launch dashboards and analytics rigor, and grow the Product and Solution Marketing team; (4) Revenue Acceleration & Lifecycle Impact—partner with Sales to drive deal velocity and win rates, lead win/loss analysis and product growth diagnostics, optimize solution packaging based on pipeline signals, and develop partner marketing strategy aligned with Ping's larger GTM.
You will act as the strategic headlights of the industry, staying ahead of dynamic shifts in security and identity management. This role requires close partnership with the CEO, Product leadership, and Sales to identify opportunities and ensure Ping leads in the identity space as AI reshapes the landscape.
