Rad AI is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the Western U.S. region and drive growth across health systems and radiology groups. You will lead a team of Regional Vice Presidents while participating directly in major deals, acting as the general manager of your region with full P&L accountability.
Key responsibilities include: leading, coaching, and developing a team of quota-carrying Regional VPs; setting performance expectations and driving accountability to exceed revenue goals; working deals directly to help your team win; managing deal strategy and execution across the full sales cycle; supporting relationship development with C-level decision-makers at health systems and radiology groups; implementing sales processes and operating rhythms to ensure forecast accuracy and pipeline health; partnering with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership on strategic growth initiatives; and building a team culture rooted in transparency, excellence, and mission-driven focus.
You will be Rad AI's eyes and ears in the field and one of the company's most important voices on how it sells. The role requires 50%+ travel and involves recruiting ahead of plan, continuously assessing team structure and territory coverage, and scaling resources as the company grows.
