CreatorIQ is seeking a Vice President of Product Marketing to lead the Product Marketing function as the company scales its creator-led growth platform. Reporting to the CMO, this VP will own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, product launches, market and competitive intelligence, and sales enablement. The role involves translating CreatorIQ's evolution into an AI-native operating system and intelligence infrastructure into clear market value and differentiated narratives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the full Product Marketing function, setting strategy, priorities, and performance expectations while developing a high-performing team of Director- and Manager-level leaders
- Defining and evolving CreatorIQ's product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the platform to communicate value to enterprise buyers
- Owning go-to-market strategy for major product launches and strategic initiatives, partnering with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Marketing, and Brand Marketing
- Translating complex product, data, infrastructure, and AI capabilities into compelling business narratives for executive buyers, practitioners, analysts, partners, and customers
- Building a rigorous market and competitive intelligence capability combining customer insight, buyer research, competitive analysis, win/loss learnings, and market trends
- Strengthening sales enablement by providing clear messaging, persona insights, competitive guidance, and launch materials for enterprise sales cycles
- Partnering with the CMO and peer VPs to create integrated marketing strategy where product narrative, category leadership, demand creation, and brand reinforce one another
- Establishing Product Marketing as a strategic bridge between market and Product organization, bringing customer and competitive insight into roadmap discussions
- Creating scalable systems, processes, and standards for product marketing to support an expanding portfolio
Requirements:
- Senior Product Marketing leader with demonstrated success leading Product Marketing in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, including strategy, team leadership, and cross-functional execution
- Deep expertise in positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, product launches, competitive intelligence, customer and buyer insight, and sales enablement for complex products and enterprise buying journeys
- Strong business and market strategist who can connect product capabilities, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and company strategy into differentiated narratives
- Exceptional communicator and storyteller who can simplify technical, data-rich, or AI-driven concepts for executive audiences, customers, prospects, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
- Highly collaborative executive partner who can operate effectively with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and senior leadership
- Proven people leader who can lead through other leaders, set clear vision, establish accountability, coach and develop talent
- Comfortable operating in period of market and product evolution, balancing long-term storytelling with practical execution
- AI Leadership: Sponsors and prioritizes responsible AI adoption, secures resources, ensures AI initiatives deliver business value while following governance standards
