Salary: USD 161,532 - 242,298 / annual

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Vice President of Demand Generation to lead marketing efforts across its portfolio companies. The company operates an advanced, end-to-end manufacturing platform serving aerospace and defense, electrification, medical, energy, and robotics sectors, with a mission to revitalize American manufacturing. In this role, you will architect and implement demand generation strategy across multiple channels and portfolio companies, generating qualified pipeline growth through coordinated digital marketing, content, events, and account-based marketing programs. You'll lead and develop a high-performing demand generation team, partnering closely with Sales leadership to align on pipeline goals and optimize lead quality. Key responsibilities include managing the marketing technology stack and optimizing marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce), establishing data-driven KPIs and reporting to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness, and presenting strategic recommendations and performance insights to executive leadership. You bring 10-12 years of progressive B2B marketing experience with 5-7 years leading demand generation teams, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, or complex technical environments. You have expert knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, strong analytical skills in marketing attribution and pipeline metrics, and experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets. A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
