Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Value Engineer on the Scale team, you will be the trusted advisor driving end-to-end customer value realization and expansion. You'll work closely with the sales team and Celonis Services to help enterprise customers achieve strategic business transformation goals using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
Your responsibilities span three core areas:
Identify & Frame Value: Translate customer strategic priorities into high-impact use cases. Build business cases leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices to drive ARR growth. Orchestrate value assessments and communicate opportunities to C-level executives.
Realize Value: Guide customers on using Celonis to identify process enhancement opportunities. Drive improvement initiatives across core business functions. Present results and realized value to senior management.
Scale Value: Own the customer value journey, driving expansion, adoption, and renewals. Develop strategic Celonis roadmaps embedding process intelligence as a core business transformation platform. Provide product feedback based on emerging use cases.
You'll manage multiple customer accounts at different stages of the value journey, coordinate with Celonis partners, and serve as a change agent helping organizations realize measurable business impact across finance, supply chain, and other critical processes.
Required qualifications include 3+ years in an analytical, customer-facing role (Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Management Consulting). You need strong knowledge of enterprise software (SAP, RPA, BI tools), hands-on experience with Python and/or SQL, and expertise in process improvement and change management. Business domain knowledge in Finance or Supply Chain is essential. A degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics is required.
