Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, serving Fortune 500 enterprises. As a Value Engineer, you will support AI and data-driven business transformation for the company's largest customers, working on their end-to-end value journey using the Celonis Context Model.
You will combine technical execution with consulting and project management, partnering closely with Sales and Senior Value Engineers. Your core mandate is to support complex transformation roadmaps and execute targeted initiatives that improve how businesses operate end-to-end.
Key responsibilities include:
**Value Selling & Realization:** Discover and diagnose operational improvement opportunities for customers. Map Celonis into their technology stack. Build initial business cases and facilitate business value workshops to identify process enhancement opportunities.
**Stakeholder Management:** Engage with project managers and middle management to build momentum. Support change management initiatives and contribute to Center of Excellence enablement programs.
**Program Management:** Execute transformation programs using AI-driven project management workflows to track milestones and automate reporting. Deploy actionable frameworks to evaluate customer workflows.
**Platform & AI Fluency:** Act as an AI-fluent operator, utilizing AI tools for rapid technical outputs (data analysis, basic automations) while partnering with Applied Value Engineers for solution builds.
**Scale Value & Innovation:** Support the end-to-end customer value journey and identify expansion opportunities. Provide actionable feedback to product development teams based on new use cases discovered.
Required qualifications: 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, value engineering, or enterprise software. Foundational background in enterprise IT, SaaS, or business software (e.g., SAP). Strong AI fluency and ability to use AI tools to generate technical outputs. Comfortable with ambiguity and driven by customer value. Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies. Experience managing project milestones and delivering presentations. Fluent in English and Italian. Foundational understanding of Finance/Supply Chain domains or Manufacturing/Consumer industries. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or comparable technical field, or Business/Economics degree with technical minor.
