In this Value Engineer role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them maximize business outcomes from Mimica's platform. Your responsibilities include: - Act as a trusted strategic advisor and thought leader, helping customers achieve their desired business outcomes using Mimica. - Provide product support and resolve customer issues when they encounter roadblocks. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Partner teams to develop and execute customer account strategies, identifying upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities. - Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for customer needs and providing feedback to Engineering, ML, and Product teams to influence the roadmap. - Build and execute tailored customer success plans aligned with customer strategic initiatives, proactively addressing challenges to value realization. - Analyze customer data and Mimica outputs to pinpoint problems and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations and concrete next steps. - Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions to drive user adoption. You will work in a remote-first, globally distributed environment across 16+ countries, with a team culture emphasizing high ownership, bottom-up thinking, and transparent communication. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven background in customer success, value engineering, or management consulting with focus on driving business outcomes and stakeholder alignment. - Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) and identifying operational inefficiencies. - Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with large datasets in Excel using pivot tables, lookups, and custom formulas to surface insights. - Track record of building trust-based relationships with business and technical audiences, adapting communication style to influence stakeholders across functions and levels. - Exceptional communication skills: translating complex information into compelling insights, delivering presentations and training, engaging stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic and tactical demands. - Collaborative mindset with bias toward action and drive to improve internal processes and customer outcomes. - Drive to continually develop skills and reduce inefficiencies. BONUS QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience in process intelligence, task mining, automation, or GenAI implementation. - Working knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, Salesforce). - Track record of delivering value quickly and iteratively in high-growth startup environments.
