In this Sales Development Representative role, you will work closely with the Account Executive team to drive pipeline and revenue from major franchise and corporate groups. Your primary responsibility is setting demo appointments with top decision makers—business owners and C-level executives—helping them navigate hiring challenges with technology-driven solutions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Setting demo appointments for Account Executives with top franchise and corporate groups
- Reaching out to key decision makers through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn using Outreach
- Utilizing prospecting tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, develop, and organize accounts
- Strategically developing prospecting plans with your Account Executive to work your assigned book of business
- Supporting newer members of the Outbound ADR team through shadowing and coaching
This is a fully onsite, office-based role (5 days per week) designed to support close collaboration with the sales team and cross-functional partners. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative sales floor environment with daily in-person interaction with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant sales development experience
- Ability to articulate Workstream's value proposition, address difficult questions, and generate engagement with decision makers
- Creative and strategic thinker with experience building business cases and generating buy-in internally and externally
- Team-first mindset; humble and hungry approach aligned with company mission
- Ability to project manage and work efficiently across departments and lines of business
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and handle tasks of all sizes
- Ability to excel under high pressure in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Committed to working onsite in the office five days per week
