As the first Value Engineer in the UK region, you will sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Customer Success, partnering directly with prospects and customers to quantify and demonstrate Legora's business impact. You will work alongside Account Executives and Sales/Legal Engineers to translate complex legal workflows and quantitative findings into clear, executive-ready value narratives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accelerating strategic deals by building compelling value narratives for C-level stakeholders (General Counsel, CFOs, etc.)
- Translating customer workflows, operational challenges, and quantitative results into clear financial and business impact
- Leading value-focused conversations with senior executives
- Developing and delivering value enablement training for sales and go-to-market teams across the region
- Creating practical frameworks, tools, and assets to help teams communicate Legora's value consistently
- Collaborating across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to share customer feedback and industry trends
- Supporting customer adoption and expansion by helping them measure Legora's impact
You should have experience translating quantitative results into actionable business insights, building credible value narratives, and engaging confidently with senior executives. Strong communication skills, the ability to simplify complex ideas, and a proactive, hands-on approach are essential. Fluency in French or German and experience coaching sales teams are preferred.
