Deliveroo is seeking a Value and Promotional Strategy Manager for the UK & Ireland (UKI) region to drive high-impact promotional campaigns and customer value strategies. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end UKI promotional calendar, translating global initiatives into locally-optimized campaigns while maintaining alignment with central strategy. Key responsibilities include: managing the complete promotional calendar and merchant offer strategy for UKI; delivering weekly and monthly performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities; championing customer and partner needs across commercial, finance, and partner-facing teams; partnering with Insights and Data Science to understand customer needs and deploy targeted research; adapting global promotional strategies for regional market priorities; defining and executing promo strategies to meet KPIs with best-in-class execution; aligning promotional plans across central and local marketing teams; developing high-value discount, vouchering, and offer initiatives; pitching strategic programs to secure stakeholder buy-in and partner engagement; monitoring competitor trends; and owning go-to-market strategy and sell-in for UKI promotions. You will bridge the gap between commercial objectives and customer experience, using data-driven insights, past performance, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI through experimentation. This is a high-impact role requiring strong cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Required qualifications: 3–4 years in Marketing or Commercial roles with mandatory experience in value/promotional campaigns; excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to present ideas to senior leadership; analytical and commercial mindset with comfort interpreting data using tools like Excel; strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple cross-departmental stakeholders; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong problem-solving and proactive approach; self-starter attitude; proven track record delivering results quickly and efficiently. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
