As Treasury FX Analyst, you will drive hedging strategy and execution across Addi's warehouse facilities to protect the balance sheet from FX and rate volatility, ensure full covenant compliance, and maintain a real-time view of the company's liquidity position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and validate a standardized cash flow forecasting methodology across daily, weekly, and monthly horizons, providing management with real-time visibility into liquidity surpluses and deficits
- Map and document the full covenant structure, hedging requirements, and reporting obligations for every warehouse facility into a centralized tracking repository
- Define and implement hedging strategies for each warehouse facility by evaluating FX and interest-rate exposure against Addi's risk appetite and instrument constraints
- Build and launch live dashboards in Databricks/SQL to track hedging positions, market risk exposure, and covenant headroom, replacing spreadsheet-based tracking
- Systematize Banco de la República regulatory filings by building a centralized process to track and complete required forms, reducing reliance on external reminders

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Treasury Front Office operations within a bank, financial company, or fiduciary institution (front-office/money desk role only; no back-office or real estate sector)
- Proven experience executing, monitoring, and closing FX and derivative transactions
- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance and audit readiness, specifically with Banco de la República FX regulations
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reporting for regulatory inspections and audits
- Proficiency with Databricks, SQL, and data visualization tools for treasury and financial reporting
- Solid knowledge of financial instruments used in treasury operations, including fixed income, money markets, and FX products
- Ability to evaluate counterparties and market conditions to support funding and hedging decisions
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple operational workflows with competing deadlines
- Demonstrated teamwork and proactive collaboration; ability to identify efficiency gains and automation opportunities
