The Finance team at Revolut provides clarity and confidence across the business, assessing risk, guiding decisions, and driving growth. This Treasury Capital Manager role supports key treasury activities with a focus on ICAAP (Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process) reporting and capital allocation as Revolut expands its features and geographic footprint.
In this role, you will own and enhance capital management and allocation frameworks, manage group capital plans and review subsidiary plans, support business decision-making on capital actions, perform regular capital forecasts, and assess ongoing capital adequacy. You'll maintain current knowledge of capital regulation requirements and risk management, and interpret regulatory requirements related to safeguarding. You'll also assess capital and manage market risks including FX, interest rates, and credit, while collaborating with tech teams to enhance reporting processes.
This is a hybrid role based in Madrid or Paris, with remote work options available across France, Ireland, Porto, Portugal, and Spain.
**Requirements:**
- 6+ years of experience in treasury management, with focus on capital management in a financial institution or fintech
- Comprehensive knowledge of ICAAP reporting and frameworks, with ability to present findings
- Expertise in forecasting/modelling and capital allocation/optimization
- Knowledge of capital risk and treasury concepts
- Solid understanding of European banking regulations (CRR/Delegated Act, etc.)
- Expert analytical skills with ability to explain decisions to senior management
- Strong problem-solving skills to break down complex issues, identify root causes, and create elegant solutions
- Fluency in English
**Nice to have:**
- Knowledge of accounting standards
- Fluency in French
- CFA, ACCA/ACA, and/or CertBALM qualification
