Salary: USD 280,000 - 340,000 / annual

As Vice President of FP&A, you will lead the financial strategy and planning function for this high-growth SaaS company, reporting directly to the CFO. You will own both near- and long-term strategic financial planning, identifying the key drivers of growth, efficiency, and cash flow, and translating them into actionable recommendations for the Executive Team. You will serve as a trusted strategic partner, shaping the company's financial narrative across reporting, investor relations, and fundraising.
Key responsibilities include: owning strategic financial planning and identifying growth drivers; serving as a key voice to the Executive Team on financial matters; partnering with GTM, Product, and functional leaders to turn data into insights they can act on; leading scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis for major decisions; building and scaling the FP&A team and operating model, including talent development and governance; redesigning forecasting, planning, variance, and reporting workflows with AI-enabled tools while maintaining controls; and overseeing sales compensation administration to ensure alignment with company goals.
You will build trusted partnerships across the organization, turning complex financial data into clear narratives for executives, boards, and non-finance stakeholders. You bring analytical rigor, storytelling clarity, and sound judgment in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. You challenge senior leaders with evidence and care, develop high-performing teams, and maintain a bias toward finding and implementing improvements. You will modernize the FP&A function with AI and advanced planning systems while ensuring data confidentiality and control.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance leadership in high-growth SaaS, including building and scaling multi-level teams
- Proven ability to turn complex financials into clear narratives for executives, boards, and non-finance stakeholders
- Track record of building trusted relationships across organizations and challenging senior leaders with evidence and care
- Experience developing leaders and building engaged, high-performing teams
- Sound judgment in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with a bias for improvement
- Strong command of enterprise planning systems, BI/visualization tools, and AI-enabled workflows, with verification and control discipline
