Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The Connected Warfare division develops cutting-edge autonomous systems, AI, and networking technology for military applications, powered by Lattice OS.
You will join the Connected Warfare Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst, partnering with growth, engineering, and operations teams to maximize business value and accelerate division growth. This role supports a diverse portfolio of hardware and software command-and-control (C2) programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead contract and product profit margin analysis across multiple programs
- Own rolling monthly forecasts by working in depth with and pressure-testing assumptions from Growth Leads, Product Managers, Program Managers, and Engineering Leads
- Synthesize and present internal management reporting via presentations and written communications, providing clear narratives on performance against plan
- Maintain financial cadence with program management to ensure Estimate at Completion (EAC) integrity and develop accurate Estimate to Complete (ETC) forecasts
- Drive income statement and balance sheet forecasting by contract and business line
- Prepare and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis at multiple accounting levels
- Design, build, and automate reports and dashboards in FP&A and BI tools to improve visibility across the division
- Partner with growth and operations on pricing and proposal activities for new business
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting tools, systems, and procedures
- Support long-range planning, ad hoc financial modeling, and special projects
You will operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, translating complex financial data into actionable narratives for non-finance stakeholders and senior leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, program finance, or another highly analytical corporate role
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Acute understanding of financial systems, data management, and financial modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable narratives for non-finance stakeholders
- Proven ability to work successfully and build relationships in a dynamic, team-based environment
- Must be a United States citizen and be eligible to apply for and maintain a US security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Defense, Manufacturing, and/or Tech industry experience
- Demonstrated ability to build processes and reporting frameworks, not just maintain existing ones
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, and Salesforce CRM
