Salary: USD 116,000 - 159,500 / annual
Harvey is an AI platform transforming how legal and professional services operate by combining frontier agentic AI, enterprise-grade infrastructure, and deep domain expertise. As a Strategy Associate on the Transformation Office, you will be the analytical and strategic engine behind helping sophisticated legal and professional services organizations adopt AI at scale.
Reporting to the Transformation Strategy Partner, you will convert raw inputs—usage data, client context, and engagement learnings—into playbooks, frameworks, analyses, and executive-ready materials that make transformation repeatable and measurable. This is a high-ownership role in a function being built from the ground up, with exposure across the full arc of transformation: sizing impact opportunities, building scalable methodology, and supporting strategic client engagements.
Key responsibilities include: analyzing adoption and usage data to identify transformation drivers and build dashboards that surface where Harvey creates most value; codifying successful engagement patterns into reusable playbooks, templates, and operating procedures; synthesizing lessons learned from live client work into repeatable materials and stakeholder maps; translating complex analysis into crisp narratives and executive communications for senior partners and General Counsel; acting as connective tissue across Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success to align teams and surface risks early; and capturing patterns across engagements to feed internal knowledge and external thought leadership.
You will partner closely with Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success teams, gaining direct exposure to senior partners, General Counsel, and Harvey leadership. Strong performers will grow into owning end-to-end engagements. Travel is approximately 25% of the time.
Required: 2–3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) with ownership of analytically rigorous workstreams on complex client problems; exceptional quantitative and data analysis skills with deep Excel/Sheets proficiency and ability to structure messy data into clear insight; track record of building playbooks and repeatable methodology, not just one-off deliverables; exposure to transformation, change management, and strategy work ideally in legal, financial services, or professional services; outstanding written and verbal communication with ability to simplify complexity for senior stakeholders; comfort operating in ambiguity with bias to action; and genuine curiosity about AI and its implications for professional work.
