Airwallex is a unified payments and financial platform serving over 250,000 global businesses. As Channel Partnerships Manager for Accounting in France, you will build and scale a partner-led acquisition channel focused on the French SME market.
You will own the French accounting-partner strategy, identifying and recruiting partners across accounting firms, experts-comptables, ERP/accounting-software vendors, resellers, integrators, and outsourced CFO/advisory firms. Your core responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying partners, creating partner value propositions, testing referral and co-selling motions, and enabling partners to generate qualified pipeline.
This is a hands-on commercial role requiring personal ownership of external relationships. You will build target partner lists, map decision-makers, conduct outbound prospecting, and activate partners based on fit and influence. You'll create simple referral and co-selling motions, develop partner messaging and enablement materials, and work closely with Sales to convert partner-sourced opportunities into revenue.
You will track partner metrics including conversations, active partners, referrals, opportunities, pipeline, conversion rates, and partner-sourced revenue. You'll test new partner segments and activation plays, scaling what works and stopping what doesn't. Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, RevOps, Product, Solutions, Risk and Compliance is essential to remove friction from the partner journey.
The role requires 2+ years of direct partnership, channel, or indirect business development experience with demonstrated success recruiting, onboarding, and growing partners. You should have existing relationships in the French accounting and finance ecosystem, strong commercial instincts, and comfort with hands-on partner sourcing. Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or accounting software is preferred. You'll represent Airwallex at relevant industry events and partner meetings. Based in Paris with a minimum three days per week in office.
