Salary: USD 116,000 - 159,500 / annual
Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services work through frontier agentic AI and enterprise-grade infrastructure. As a Transformation Associate on the Transformation Office, you'll be the analytical and strategic engine behind helping sophisticated legal and professional services organizations adopt AI at scale.
You'll report to the Transformation Strategy Partner and own high-leverage work across the full transformation arc: sizing impact opportunities, building repeatable methodology, and supporting strategic client engagements. Your core responsibilities include turning raw usage data and client context into actionable playbooks, frameworks, and executive-ready analyses that make transformation scalable and measurable.
Key responsibilities: Pull, structure, and analyze adoption and usage data across accounts to identify what drives successful transformation. Build dashboards and impact models that surface where Harvey creates the most value. Codify successful engagement patterns into reusable playbooks, templates, and operating procedures so every engagement becomes faster and sharper. Synthesize lessons learned from live client work into repeatable materials, stakeholder maps, and workflow analyses. Translate complex analysis into crisp narratives and executive communications for senior partners, General Counsel, and leadership. Act as connective tissue across Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success, surfacing risks early and keeping work on track. Capture patterns across engagements to feed internal knowledge and external thought leadership.
You'll work closely with Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success teams, gaining direct exposure to senior partners and Harvey leadership. Strong performers will grow into owning full engagements independently. This is a builder's role with disproportionate ownership, range, and visibility early in your career. Travel is approximately 25% of the time.
