Salary: USD 116,000 - 159,500 / annual
Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services work through frontier agentic AI and enterprise-grade infrastructure. As a Strategy Associate on the Transformation Office, you'll be the analytical and strategic engine behind helping sophisticated legal and professional services organizations adopt AI at scale.
You'll report to the Transformation Strategy Partner and own high-leverage work across the full arc of transformation: sizing impact opportunities, building repeatable methodology, and supporting strategic client engagements. Your core responsibilities include turning raw adoption and usage data into clear insights and impact analyses; building playbooks, frameworks, and templates that scale transformation work; synthesizing lessons from live client engagements into repeatable materials and stakeholder maps; translating complex analysis into executive-ready communications for senior partners and General Counsel; acting as connective tissue across Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success teams; and capturing patterns across engagements to feed internal knowledge and external thought leadership.
This is a builder's role with disproportionate ownership and visibility. You'll work closely with senior partners, General Counsel, and Harvey leadership, with direct exposure to strategic client work. Strong performers will grow into owning full engagements. The role requires up to 25% travel.
You bring 2–3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) with ownership of analytically rigorous workstreams on complex client problems. You have exceptional quantitative and data analysis skills, deep comfort with Excel/Sheets, and the ability to structure messy data into clear insight. You have a track record of building playbooks and repeatable methodology, not just one-off deliverables. Exposure to transformation, change management, and strategy work in or adjacent to legal, financial services, or professional services is expected. You communicate with precision and clarity, making complex things simple for senior stakeholders. You thrive in ambiguity, bias toward action, and shipping to iterate. You have genuine curiosity about AI and its implications for professional work.
