Zscaler is seeking a Transformation Architect to join its Solutions Consulting team covering Northern Europe (Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark). This fully remote role reports to the Solution Consulting Director and sits at the intersection of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and customer success.
In this position, you will work with Zscaler's largest enterprise customers to develop multi-year cybersecurity transformation roadmaps. You'll engage at mid-senior to practitioner levels within customer organizations, combining deep technical analysis with business acumen to guide organizations toward Zero Trust security models.
Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating strategic value and ROI of Zscaler's platform offerings to enterprise stakeholders
- Leading technical evangelism and building internal customer advocates through community engagement and thought leadership
- Executing discovery and qualification processes to uncover customer needs and align them with technical solutions
- Using storytelling and presentation skills to communicate complex security concepts clearly and persuasively
- Maintaining market awareness and competitive intelligence to inform tailored sales approaches
You bring extensive experience in enterprise architecture, networking, or security within large organizations. You possess excellent knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks combined with advanced working knowledge of networking or security, plus mid-level understanding of data protection and security operations. You excel at building long-term trusted relationships with key stakeholders and have proven ability to control conversations strategically during customer meetings.
Ideal candidates have practical background in planning, designing, and implementing digital transformation within large multinational companies, either as a CXO, Enterprise Architect, or management consultant. You are customer-obsessed, a skilled presenter, and driven by innovation. You thrive in collaborative environments where candor and constructive debate drive better outcomes.
