Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Training Specialist on the Celonis Academy team, you will deliver hands-on training to partners and customers across the EMEA region, with a focus on Portuguese-speaking markets.
You will coordinate and lead live enablement workshops, develop customized training journeys tailored to customer needs, and consult with partners on leveraging the Celonis Platform to generate business value. Your responsibilities include creating innovative enablement approaches, building relationships with key accounts to understand their training needs, and contributing to quality assurance programs that measure training impact.
You will work closely with a global, collaborative team to develop engaging training materials, deliver both online and instructor-led programs, and stay current with Celonis capabilities. The role requires fluency in English and Portuguese, with travel up to 30% within the EMEA region.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a related field. You should have proven experience creating and delivering technical training to diverse audiences, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and an analytical mindset. A passion for learning, data analytics, and knowledge transfer is essential, along with the ability to quickly master new topics and think creatively about training delivery.
