Diligent is seeking an experienced Training Specialist II to deliver product and process training to a diverse customer audience in the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) SaaS space. In this role, you'll deliver 3–4 training sessions per day across individual, group, virtual and in-person formats to administrators, executive assistants, directors and committee members. You'll own customer training programmes end-to-end, from planning and scheduling through delivery and follow-up, adapting your approach in real time as customer needs and priorities shift. Your responsibilities include building trusted relationships with customers, customizing training materials including PowerPoint presentations and documentation, and collaborating with global Training and Customer Success teams to maintain quality standards and identify new training opportunities.
You'll need several years of hands-on customer-facing or process training experience, with a proven track record of facilitating training for diverse audiences and adapting delivery to customer needs. Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills are essential, particularly when working directly with senior customer stakeholders. You should be comfortable handling real-world training situations, managing multiple concurrent sessions and customer requirements, and providing specific examples of how you've solved customer challenges. Experience with SaaS or software product training is a plus, as is background in customer support, technical support or other customer-facing roles where process training was core. The role requires availability to work the EMEA shift (1:30 PM–10:00 PM IST) and work from the Bengaluru office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
