Reporting to the Director of Clinical Training, you will design and deliver engaging clinical trainings both virtually and in-person (up to 30% travel), develop clinical content and training materials, and collaborate with global providers to ensure culturally sensitive delivery. You'll work closely with a dedicated customer and internal stakeholders to understand their unique organizational needs, divisions, and employee populations, then tailor programming accordingly.

You'll present to all organizational levels including executives, triage clinical matters when urgent situations arise, and collaborate on expanding clinical training offerings. Success requires maintaining strong customer relationships, optimizing efficiency in meeting customer needs, and developing deep cultural understanding of the dedicated customer's workforce.
You must hold an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience and at least 1 year post-licensed experience.
