Despegar (Decolar), part of the Prosus ecosystem, is a leading travel technology platform in Latin America with over 25 years of innovation. We are seeking a Trainer Legal Claims Assistant to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for our legal claims team.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining training materials tailored to the legal claims function, including presentations, knowledge modules, quizzes, videos, and e-learning content. You will deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions, guide participants through structured learning pathways, and design hybrid training experiences that combine virtualized content, hands-on activities, and trainer support.
Key responsibilities include developing multimedia training assets (presentations, knowledge pills, videos, e-learnings, and supporting materials), scripting and producing training videos, leveraging AI tools to create educational videos and avatars, administering knowledge assessments and tracking participant progress, conducting refresher training as needed, and supporting onboarding for new processes, tools, and departmental updates. You will collaborate closely with Quality, Process, and Operations teams to identify and address training needs.

Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to facilitate training sessions and present confidently to groups
- Skill in creating didactic materials and presentations
- Proficiency with Google Slides, Canva, or similar design tools
- Experience with video creation and editing
- Familiarity with AI tools for content generation
- Organized, creative, detail-oriented mindset
- Data-driven approach to learning outcomes
- Ability to adapt communication style for different audiences and delivery channels (in-person or online)
- Availability to work at Alphaville office or BPOs (Taboão da Serra/SP and/or República/SP)
Desirable qualifications:
- Background or knowledge in Law
- Corporate training or L&D experience
- Experience with virtualized or e-learning content creation
- Experience with AI tools for video and avatar creation
- Intermediate Spanish
