As Trainer for the Operations team based in Bengaluru, you will design and deliver a comprehensive learning curriculum aligned with business objectives that scales with organizational growth. Key responsibilities include:
• Design and deliver learning curriculum for Operations team, coordinating and administering training programs that align with business objectives
• Develop comprehensive onboarding programs that prepare new team members to provide premier customer support and manage high-volume, nuanced requests
• Collaborate with management to create training plans, develop modules, and facilitate real-time training for new hires and continuing education for tenured specialists
• Manage onboarding efficacy through continuous process planning, execution, and metric identification for the learning curriculum
• Establish methods for measuring and reporting learner engagement, comprehension, and practical application
• Provide consistent visibility through written status updates and ongoing reporting on learner development
• Develop learning exercises with specific examples promoting empathy and customer obsession
• Create and manage content for Operations internal Knowledge Base and external Help Center
You bring 3+ years leading and creating support training programs, 3+ years leading remote or diverse teams (preferably in technology services), and proven expertise with Learning Management Systems. You excel at utilizing diverse engagement strategies—presentation, facilitation, mentorship, online and offline training—and have demonstrated success managing long-term projects with ongoing reporting. You're skilled at motivating and influencing across organizational levels, with strong experience collaborating across distributed teams, time zones, and cultures.
