JumpCloud is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to support the administration, analysis, and compliance of global compensation and benefits programs. This role focuses on benefits administration across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, along with foundational compensation analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day administration of global benefits programs
- Benefits compliance and reporting across multiple regions
- Compensation cycle support and analysis
- Audit preparation and support
- Data analysis and reporting on compensation and benefits metrics
- Cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors
- Supporting global benefits program initiatives
