As Compensation & Benefits Partner, you will own the day-to-day mechanics of Halter's reward programs, ensuring they are accurate, competitive, and well-executed. This is a critical operational role supporting the People & Performance team and People Managers across the organization.
Key responsibilities include: delivering the annual remuneration review from market data through final outcomes and communications; conducting job sizing, benchmarking, and maintaining compensation structures and tools; providing clear, practical advice to P&P team members and People Managers on remuneration and pay decisions; delivering pay equity analysis and reporting to identify improvement opportunities; supporting the delivery and evolution of benefits programs across global markets; managing compensation surveys, market data, and vendor relationships; and building compensation capability across the P&P function and People Managers through tools, guidance, and repeatable processes.
You will join at a stage where reward practices are evolving as Halter grows globally. You'll translate strategic direction into high-quality, scalable execution, taking ownership of key reward processes end-to-end. You'll use data and market insight to work through ambiguity and be relied upon to get details right without needing a playbook for every situation.

You should have hands-on experience in job sizing, benchmarking, and remuneration reviews; proven ability to translate strategic direction into execution; strong analytical skills; exceptional attention to detail; strong judgment and ability to work through ambiguity; and the ability to build credibility quickly with stakeholders.
Halter offers an inclusive remuneration package including salary, benefits, and an employee stock ownership plan. Additional benefits include 6 months fully paid parental leave for primary caregivers, 4 weeks for secondary caregivers, unlimited paid annual leave, wellness leave, $1000 annual self-development budget, and health insurance partnership. The company operates with an office-first approach (not office-only) with a high-trust culture.
