Mobia Medical is a commercial-stage medtech company delivering FDA-approved stroke recovery solutions. The Vivistim® Paired VNS™ Therapy is an implantable neurostimulation device designed to improve motor function in chronic ischemic stroke survivors with moderate to severe upper limb impairments by combining vagus nerve stimulation with functional movement therapy.
As a Therapy Development Specialist, you will drive adoption and clinical integration of the Vivistim system across your assigned territory. Working in partnership with a territory manager, you will develop and execute territory plans focused on rehabilitation facilities and key decision-makers to create new patient access pathways.
Key responsibilities include: achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual implant and sales goals through identification and evaluation of Vivistim candidates; managing and expanding rehabilitation facility relationships in your geography; supporting surgical implant sites in operating suites; delivering in-depth product presentations to patients, clinicians, and healthcare partners; monitoring customer, market, and competitor activity; providing weekly sales forecasting; and ensuring high levels of customer and patient satisfaction.
You will serve as a clinical expert, guiding therapy implementation and providing on-site and remote support to healthcare professionals including physicians, therapists, and rehabilitation teams. This role requires strong communication skills, deep understanding of neurorehabilitation and medical device environments, and demonstrated experience in clinical education, therapy coordination, or medical device support. Success in this position directly impacts stroke survivors' access to breakthrough treatment.
