Mobia Medical is a commercial-stage medtech company delivering FDA-approved stroke recovery solutions. The Vivistim® Paired VNS™ Therapy is the first implantable solution designed to improve function in chronic ischemic stroke survivors with moderate to severe upper limb impairments, combining targeted vagus nerve stimulation with functional movement to promote neuroplasticity.
As a Therapy Development Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the adoption and clinical integration of the Vivistim System. Working from the Cherry Hill, NJ office, you will partner with a territory manager to develop territory plans and strategies for creating new patient access pathways, with a primary focus on rehabilitation facilities and key decision makers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing territory strategies to identify new prescribing accounts and rehabilitation facilities
- Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual Vivistim implant and sales goals through focus on upper extremity evaluations and therapy candidate identification
- Managing and expanding rehabilitation facilities in assigned geography with comprehensive business planning
- Supporting surgical implanting sites in the operating suite
- Delivering in-depth product presentations to patients, clinicians, and healthcare partners
- Monitoring customer, market, and competitor activity and providing strategic feedback to leadership
- Providing weekly sales forecasting and maintaining high levels of customer and patient satisfaction
- Collaborating with marketing to establish successful patient and customer access programs
This role requires strong communication skills, deep understanding of neurorehabilitation or medical device environments, and experience in clinical education, therapy coordination, or medical device support.
