UiPath is seeking a Test Cloud Account Executive to drive growth of automated software testing solutions within Healthcare and Life Sciences accounts across the United States. This role focuses on enterprise adoption of UiPath Test Cloud among Providers, Payers, BioPharma, and Medical Device organizations.
You will own and grow a portfolio of Enterprise Healthcare and Life Sciences accounts, developing and executing territory and account strategies aligned to customer quality, validation, and digital transformation priorities. You'll build trusted relationships with Quality, Validation, IT, QA, Digital Transformation leaders, and AI Centers of Excellence, using a consultative, value-based sales approach focused on measurable outcomes such as faster release cycles, reduced defect escape rates, lower validation costs, and stronger audit readiness.
Key responsibilities include leading complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Quality, IT, Compliance, Engineering), identifying expansion opportunities across EHR/EMR systems, clinical trial systems, manufacturing and quality management systems, claims platforms, ERP, and other regulated business-critical applications. You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and long-term account growth. You'll also partner with Global Systems Integrators and strategic testing/quality partners to cultivate new opportunities.
Required qualifications: 8+ years of enterprise software or solution/value selling experience with focus on software testing, quality engineering, or DevOps/CI-CD tooling; 5+ years successfully managing and growing Enterprise Healthcare and Life Sciences accounts; proven track record of exceeding quota and driving large, complex enterprise deals; strong consultative selling skills and executive presence; ability to communicate testing and quality automation capabilities, ROI, compliance/validation impact to executive, quality, and technical audiences; strong account planning and opportunity management skills using a research-driven, data-oriented approach; demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with regulatory and validation landscape unique to Healthcare and Life Sciences (GxP, CSV, Part 11, HIPAA) is strongly preferred. Ability to travel approximately 25%. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
