Salary: USD 40,000 - 275,000 / annual
SpotOn is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to serve the Yakima, WA region, targeting independent restaurant owners and small business operators. This is a full-time, W2 position focused on building relationships and closing deals in a designated local territory.
You will be the face of SpotOn in your community, responsible for prospecting, relationship-building, and signing new clients. Your primary focus is selling SpotOn's point-of-sale (POS) software, payment processing solutions, and AI-powered profit tools to restaurant owners and merchants. You'll manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through contract close, then collaborate with internal support teams to ensure customer success and retention.
Key responsibilities include territory management and growth, cold calling and prospecting, hitting monthly and annual sales targets, and maintaining a growing portfolio of clients. You'll travel within your assigned territory to meet with prospects and existing customers.
Required qualifications: 2+ years of B2B sales experience with emphasis on small business owners, merchants, or restaurants; proven track record hitting sales goals; strong cold calling and prospecting skills; bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required for this territory); ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business contexts; comfort with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
Compensation is competitive: base salary of $40,000 plus commission and bonus potential, with total on-target earnings of $120,000–$275,000 annually.
