Salary: USD 60,000 - 275,000 / annual
SpotOn is a restaurant technology company offering award-winning point-of-sale systems and AI-powered profit tools for independent restaurants. As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll be the local face of SpotOn in Southwest Austin, responsible for building relationships with restaurant owners and small business operators and selling our full product suite.
You'll manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing, traveling within your assigned territory to meet with potential clients. Your focus will be on selling software, point-of-sale solutions, and payment processing services. You'll work closely with the Sales Support team to hit monthly targets and manage an expanding portfolio of clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction post-sale.
The role requires 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with small business owners, merchants, or restaurants. You should have a proven track record of hitting sales goals, strong cold calling and prospecting skills, and the ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations. Salesforce CRM experience is a plus. You'll need to embrace feedback, hold yourself accountable, and maintain a metrics-oriented, competitive mindset.
This is a full-time W2 position based in Austin with a base salary of $60,000 and total on-target earnings of $120,000–$275,000 including commission. Compensation is structured with weekly commissions for new accounts, bonuses for hardware and implementation, monthly production bonuses, and customer retention rewards. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, RSUs, paid time off, cell phone/internet stipend, and tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 annually.
