SpotOn is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to serve as a local market specialist in Fredericksburg, VA. You'll be the face of SpotOn in your community, responsible for prospecting, building relationships with restaurant owners and small business operators, and closing deals on our full product suite—including our award-winning point-of-sale system, AI-powered profit tools, and payment processing solutions.
You'll manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through contract signature, traveling within your designated territory to meet with prospects and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on selling software and POS solutions while hitting monthly sales targets. You'll work closely with SpotOn's Sales Support team to ensure you have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
The role requires 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with exposure to small business owners, merchants, or restaurants. You should be comfortable with cold calling and territory development, have a metrics-driven mindset, and demonstrate accountability. Salesforce CRM experience is a plus. You'll need to learn technology basics quickly and apply them to real business situations, while maintaining strong client relationships and embracing feedback.

This is a full-time W2 position with a base salary of $60,000 and total on-target earnings ranging from $120,000 to $275,000 (including commission, bonuses, and hardware/implementation incentives). Compensation is location and experience-dependent.
