Slide Insurance is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive profitable growth and strengthen relationships within the agency network in the Long Island, NY area. This role combines strategic territory management with hands-on agency partnership to expand Slide's market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Drive profitable growth through new business production, written premium, and agency engagement within your assigned territory - Develop and execute territory sales strategies based on market opportunities, agency performance, and company goals - Build strong agency relationships through in-person visits, training, product discussions, and ongoing support - Analyze sales, production, and profitability trends to identify opportunities and optimize territory performance - Partner with Underwriting, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to support agency success - Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to provide strategic recommendations and drive results Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED minimum; bachelor's degree in business, insurance, marketing, or related field preferred - 3+ years of Property & Casualty insurance sales, agency distribution, or territory management experience - 2+ years of outside sales experience - Experience managing agency portfolios against new business, premium, production, and profitability goals - Strong understanding of P&C insurance products, agency distribution, and sales strategies - Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action - Commitment to living Slide's core values Slide Insurance offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, emotional, financial, social, and professional wellness support.
