Cloudflare is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives focused on the Digital Native business segment across ASEAN. You will drive market share growth among digital-native companies in the region while building and managing a high-performing sales team.
Key responsibilities include meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets, partnering with recruiting to attract top sales talent, managing contract negotiations and Salesforce reporting, and coaching a team of Account Executives with enterprise selling skills. You will provide strategic direction to the sales organization, support representatives through the deal lifecycle from first contact to close, and continuously improve sales processes and procedures.
You will communicate effectively across multiple departments, shift priorities quickly, and provide air cover for your team while advocating for their needs internally. The role requires balancing strong sales performance with budget expectations and targets. You will report to the ASEAN Area Vice President.
Required qualifications include proven experience engaging with startups and digital-native companies, a track record of directly managing complex large deal pipelines, demonstrated sales achievement as a sales representative, and exemplary written and verbal communication skills. You should have deep understanding of sales processes for digital-native and enterprise companies, and be a hands-on leader who balances strategic vision with tactical execution.
