Clara is a fast-growing B2B fintech platform serving Latin America, offering spend management solutions including corporate cards, bill pay, financing, and a B2B platform for 20,000+ businesses. The company is backed by top regional and global VCs including Kaszek, Monashees, Coatue, and General Catalyst.
You will lead sales growth in Campina Grande and the Paraíba region, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing. Your responsibilities include identifying high-value business opportunities, leveraging your existing local network among finance and operations decision-makers, building and managing a healthy pipeline, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their complex financial needs and delivering tailored Clara solutions.
You'll work closely with Marketing and Product teams to connect regional market insights with company strategy, using tools like HubSpot for tracking and optimization. You'll maintain rigorous documentation and performance tracking using Google Drive and automated workflows.
Required: minimum 5 years in high-growth sales (SaaS or Fintech preferred), current residence in Campina Grande with strong active network in the region, working proficiency in English and Portuguese, proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex negotiations independently, ability to thrive in fast-changing environments with high ownership, and tech-savviness with AI tools and automation (N8N, Slack).
Preferred: analytical skills with spreadsheets/SQL/Python, basic Spanish proficiency, prior HubSpot or Amplemarket experience, and a good sense of humor.
