Clara is a fast-growing B2B fintech platform providing spend management solutions (corporate cards, bill pay, financing, and payment infrastructure) to over 20,000 businesses across Latin America. The company is backed by top-tier investors including Kaszek, Monashees, Coatue, DST Global, and Goldman Sachs.
You will lead sales expansion in the Aracaju/Sergipe region, owning the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through closing. Your responsibilities include:
• Drive end-to-end sales growth by identifying and pursuing high-value business opportunities in Sergipe, leveraging your existing local network among finance and operations decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through lead generation, qualification, and conversion, ensuring predictable revenue flow.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their complex financial needs and delivering tailored Clara solutions that drive long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to translate regional market insights into company strategy, using HubSpot for tracking and optimization.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and performance tracking using Google Drive and automated workflows.
You bring a minimum of 5 years in high-growth sales (SaaS or Fintech preferred), with a proven track record of exceeding targets and managing complex negotiations independently. You are currently based in Aracaju with deep relationships in the local business ecosystem. You are fluent in English and Portuguese, adaptable to fast-changing environments, and comfortable with AI tools and automation (N8N, Slack). Nice-to-haves include SQL/Python skills, Spanish proficiency, and HubSpot/Amplemarket experience.
