Ceribell is a medical technology company transforming the diagnosis and management of serious neurological conditions through its novel point-of-care EEG platform. The Ceribell System is designed for acute care settings and is already deployed across hundreds of community hospitals, academic facilities, and major integrated delivery networks. As Territory Manager for Virginia, parts of northeastern North Carolina, and the South DC areas, you will drive revenue growth and market penetration for this innovative seizure detection technology. Your primary responsibilities include closing business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals; clearly communicating Ceribell's value proposition to unlock new partnership opportunities; and developing long-term relationships with key decision-makers across hospital departments. You will manage a complex sales pipeline by collaborating with leadership and account managers to identify and develop new business opportunities. A critical aspect of the role involves building and coaching clinical champions within hospital departments—physicians, nurses, and administrators in Emergency Departments, ICUs, Neurology, and Hospital Administration—to advance sales opportunities and drive adoption. Your day-to-day activities will include calling on multiple departments within hospitals, conducting effective discovery sessions with clinical and executive targets, engaging in cold calling to identify potential clients, and successfully negotiating contracts with C-suite decision-makers. You must demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, coachability, and a hunter mentality to drive change through multiple stakeholders while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably with disruptive technologies in hospital settings. Prior experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care environments is strongly preferred. You should have a proven track record of success with ROI, Presidents Club recognition, and high sales rankings. Strong negotiation skills, relationship-building ability, and adaptability to feedback are essential.
