The Territory Manager will play a critical role in the successful launch and growth of Mineralys' first commercial product within an assigned territory. This individual will be responsible for educating healthcare providers (HCPs) on the company's product, building trusted customer relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving territory sales performance goals.
Key responsibilities include territory management and business execution, with a focus on educating HCPs about the product's clinical benefits and patient outcomes. The role requires strong selling skills, customer engagement capabilities, and a passion for improving outcomes for patients with uncontrolled hypertension. This is a highly visible position requiring someone who can manage their territory independently while collaborating with the broader commercial team.
