The company brings together over 400 years of collective experience in external and internal cardiac device markets.
As a Territory Manager, you will own a geographic sales territory and drive new business development while managing ongoing customer relationships independently. You will be responsible for securing new accounts, managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact through product delivery, and building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across clinical settings including hospitals, cath labs, and cardiology practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets and performance objectives
- Developing trusted relationships with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, and cath lab teams
- Providing product training, ongoing technical support, and reimbursement assistance to clients
- Preparing quarterly business plans and presenting to regional sales leadership
- Managing customer pipeline and maintaining detailed sales records
- Coordinating patient interactions with clinical advisors and customer care teams
- Attending industry exhibits and conventions
- Collaborating with sales and marketing leadership on market strategy implementation
- Responding to client issues and maintaining positive relationships
You must reside in your assigned territory and will work both independently and in coordination with internal teams. The role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments including hospital credentialing requirements.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of medical device sales experience, 3+ years of outside sales, bachelor's degree in business/sales/marketing or equivalent, valid driver's license, and proficiency with MS Office and Teams. Post-offer, you must complete hospital credentialing including background check, drug screening, vaccination documentation, and HIPAA/safety training. Experience calling on cardiologists and electrophysiologists is highly preferred.
