Kestra Medical, a cardiac medical device company founded in 2014, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and support for its wearable cardiac monitoring and therapy solutions in the Myrtle Beach, SC and Wilmington, NC territory. You will own a defined sales territory, responsible for securing new business, managing existing accounts, and providing ongoing clinical and reimbursement support. This is a field-based role where you'll work independently, calling on hospitals, cath labs, cardiology practices, and electrophysiology clinics to build long-term partnerships. Key responsibilities include: - Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets - Developing trusted relationships with key accounts and clinical stakeholders - Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through product delivery - Providing product training and clinical support to end users - Assisting customers with reimbursement processes - Preparing quarterly business plans and reporting to regional leadership - Coordinating with internal clinical advisors and customer care teams - Maintaining accurate sales records and pipeline management - Attending industry conferences and exhibits You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to execute market strategies and provide feedback on territory dynamics and customer needs. Required qualifications: - 5+ years of medical device sales experience - 3+ years of outside/field sales experience - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent) - Must reside in the assigned territory - Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle report - Strong business acumen and communication skills - Proficiency with MS Office and MS Teams - Ability to obtain hospital credentialing (background check, drug screening, HIPAA/safety training, vaccination documentation) Highly preferred: Experience calling on cardiologists, electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, or cath lab teams.
