Kestra Medical, founded in 2014 by cardiac device industry veterans, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and support of its wearable cardiac medical device solutions in the Hattiesburg, MS territory. This is an independent sales role with responsibility for securing new business, managing a defined territory, and providing ongoing customer support. Key responsibilities include: - Securing new business and consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets - Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key accounts and clinical stakeholders (cardiologists, electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, cath labs) - Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through product delivery - Providing product training, technical support, and reimbursement process assistance - Developing and presenting quarterly business plans to regional sales leadership - Coordinating patient interactions with clinical advisors and customer care teams - Attending industry exhibits and conventions as required - Maintaining accurate sales records and pipeline management - Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality policies, and hospital credentialing requirements Required qualifications: - 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience - 3+ years of outside sales experience - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) - Must reside in the assigned territory - Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle report - Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills - Proficiency with MS Office and MS Teams - Ability to obtain hospital system credentialing (vaccination documentation, background check, drug screening, HIPAA/safety training) Highly preferred: experience calling on cardiologists and electrophysiologists in clinical settings.
