Kestra Medical, founded in 2014, is a medical device company specializing in external and internal cardiac monitoring and therapy solutions. The company combines wearable technology with proven device therapies to help patients and care teams monitor, manage, and protect life. As Territory Manager, you will own a geographic sales territory and drive new business development independently. You'll be responsible for securing new accounts, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through product delivery, and providing ongoing support to existing customers across clinical settings including hospitals, cath labs, and cardiology practices. Key responsibilities include: - Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets and performance objectives - Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key accounts and clinical stakeholders (cardiologists, electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, cath lab teams) - Preparing quarterly business plans and presenting to regional sales leadership - Providing product training, technical support, and reimbursement assistance to customers - Coordinating patient interactions with clinical advisors and customer care teams - Managing sales pipeline and customer records - Attending industry exhibits and conventions - Collaborating with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to implement market strategies - Responding to client issues and maintaining positive long-term partnerships You must reside in the assigned territory and will work both independently and in collaboration with regional leadership. The role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments and credentialing requirements.
