Kestra Medical, founded in 2014, develops wearable cardiac medical devices combining modern technology with proven therapies. The company seeks a Territory Manager for the Eastern Shores/Salisbury, MD region to drive new business development and manage an assigned sales territory independently. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of territory management including direct sales of Kestra's cardiac products, account development, and customer support. Key responsibilities include: consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets; building and maintaining trusted relationships with key accounts and clinical stakeholders; preparing quarterly business plans for regional leadership review; coordinating with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care teams on patient interactions; managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through product delivery; maintaining accurate sales records and pipeline data; and providing market feedback to internal teams. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to implement market strategies, attend industry exhibits and conventions as required, and ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and hospital credentialing requirements. The role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments including hospital systems and clinical settings. Required qualifications: 5+ years of medical device sales experience, 3+ years of outside sales, Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience), valid driver's license, and residency in the assigned territory. Preferred experience includes calling on Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, and Interventional Cardiologists, plus familiarity with DME processes. Post-offer, you must complete hospital credentialing including vaccination documentation, background check, drug screening, and online compliance training (HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogens, Electrical/Fire Safety).
