Mobia Medical is a commercial-stage medtech company delivering the Vivistim® Paired VNS™ Therapy, the first and only FDA-approved implantable solution designed to improve function in chronic ischemic stroke survivors with moderate to severe upper limb impairments. The therapy combines targeted vagus nerve stimulation with functional movement to promote neuroplasticity and improve motor skill recovery. As Territory Manager for the Detroit Metro region, you will drive commercial success by building strong relationships with healthcare providers, stroke rehabilitation centers, and hospital systems. Your primary focus is promoting adoption and utilization of the Vivistim® system within your defined geographic territory. Key responsibilities include: launching the first-to-market Vivistim® system to Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Neurosurgery, and Physical Therapy specialties across hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and ambulatory surgery centers; developing strategic plans for key healthcare physician customers and accounts; achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual new account and sales goals; managing assigned accounts with detailed account plans and proactive strategies; preparing thorough product presentations for prospects and physicians; monitoring customer, market, and competitor activity; collaborating with marketing to establish successful patient adoption at each account; and providing detailed sales forecasting with weekly reporting. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in medical device sales or healthcare business development, with strong communication, strategic planning, and territory management skills. You will represent a first-of-its-kind therapy that is changing the standard of care for stroke survivors, with a passion for improving patient outcomes.
