Kestra Medical Technologies is a medical device company founded in 2014 that combines wearable technologies with proven cardiac device therapies. The company has over 400 years of collective experience in external and internal cardiac medical device markets. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for securing new business and managing a sales territory independently, primarily working remotely from Kestra's main offices but based in your assigned territory. You will contact and consult with clients across various clinical settings, including hospitals, cath labs, and cardiology practices. Key responsibilities include: - Driving sales and ongoing support of Kestra cardiac products - Consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets and performance-based objectives - Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key accounts and stakeholders (cardiologists, electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff) - Preparing quarterly business plans and presenting to regional sales leadership - Managing the complete sales cycle from initial introduction through product delivery - Coordinating patient interactions with clinical advisors and customer care teams - Providing training, product service, support, and reimbursement assistance - Attending key industry exhibits and conventions - Maintaining accurate records and sales pipeline data - Responding to client issues and managing long-term partnerships - Working collaboratively with sales and marketing leadership on market strategy implementation The role requires frequent domestic travel (up to 90% by car and/or air) and the ability to work extended hours based on business needs. You will work in a fast-paced field environment, often in clinical settings. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience - 3+ years of outside sales experience - Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and professional experience) - Must reside in the assigned territory - Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle report (MVR) - Demonstrated strong business acumen - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Teams - Ability to achieve post-offer credentialing for hospital system entry, including vaccination documentation, background check, drug screening, HIPAA and safety training completion PREFERRED: - Experience calling on cardiologists, electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, or cath lab staff (highly preferred) - Demonstrated understanding of durable medical equipment (DME) process flow - Knowledge of cardiac care landscape and customer decision-making processes - Internal candidates without required experience may be considered if they have demonstrated consistent sales performance and prior sales support experience
