Ceribell is a medical technology company transforming the diagnosis and management of serious neurological conditions through its novel point-of-care EEG platform. The Ceribell System is a rapid seizure detection technology deployed across hundreds of community hospitals, academic facilities, and major health systems nationwide. As Territory Manager for the Cincinnati/Dayton/Northern Kentucky region, you will drive revenue growth and market penetration by partnering with key stakeholders across hospital departments—Emergency Department, ICU, Neurology, and Hospital Administration. Your primary responsibility is to educate healthcare systems on the prevalence and clinical importance of non-convulsive seizures, build internal support, and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Key responsibilities include: generating revenue through closing business to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals; clearly communicating Ceribell's value proposition to unlock new partnerships and develop long-term relationships with decision-makers; collaborating with leadership to develop and grow a strong pipeline of new business; building and coaching clinical champions within hospital departments; engaging multiple departments within hospitals across various specialties; successfully selling into C-suite and negotiating contracts with key hospital executives; conducting effective discovery sessions with clinical and executive targets; utilizing cold calling to engage potential clients; demonstrating coachability and implementing feedback; and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. You will need a minimum of 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably with disruptive technologies sold into hospital settings. Prior experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care environments is preferred. You must demonstrate proven ability to manage complex hospital-based sales cycles, a track record of success with ROI and high sales rankings, a hunter mentality to drive change through multiple stakeholders, and high emotional intelligence. Self-starter capabilities, strong relationship-building skills, proven negotiation success with senior executives, and adaptability to feedback are essential.
