Jazz is redefining Data Loss Prevention (DLP) with an agentic investigator model that replaces rule-based noise with pre-investigated answers. As Customer Success Manager, you will own the complete post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise accounts with ARR responsibility. Your core responsibilities include:
**Lifecycle & Adoption**: Lead structured onboarding, drive platform adoption, and ensure customers realize value quickly from kickoff through renewal and expansion.
**Health & Risk Management**: Build and maintain health scores across your portfolio, identify churn signals early, and execute account save plans with documented actions and timelines before escalation.
**Executive Engagement**: Run quarterly business reviews with C-suite attendance (particularly CISOs), lead customer advisory boards, and hold substantive conversations at the executive level—not just slide presentations.
**Voice of Customer**: Build a systematic feedback program capturing alert patterns, feature requests, and expansion signals. Partner with Product to translate customer needs into roadmap priorities.
**Commercial Ownership**: Own renewal conversations, identify and close expansion opportunities, and manage pricing/overage discussions with commercial confidence.
**Advocacy & Advocacy Pipeline**: Develop case studies, manage Gartner Peer Insights reviews, recruit customer speakers, and build a pipeline of active advocates.
**Systems & Hygiene**: Maintain 100% Salesforce discipline—every call, action item, and risk flag logged with clean reporting.
You'll need 4–7 years in B2B SaaS customer-facing roles, with at least 3 years in security or security-adjacent products (identity, compliance, endpoint, CASB). Startup experience is essential—you've built processes from scratch and thrive in ambiguity. You must have managed enterprise account portfolios, held your own in rooms with CISOs, and be proficient in Salesforce.
Beyond skills: you have high emotional intelligence, strong written communication, commercial instincts, and the ability to translate platform data into board-ready narratives. You're resilient, solution-oriented, and relentless about follow-through.
Join a team building a genuinely differentiated product in a category being defined. You'll have high proximity to founders, product, and GTM leadership, and real influence over how the CS function, processes, and customer experience take shape.
