ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company that has transformed voice interaction technology since January 2023. The company serves millions of users and thousands of businesses including Deutsche Telekom and Meta, backed by prominent investors like Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth, and Sequoia with an $11B valuation.
This Customer Success role is the first dedicated position in Central and Eastern Europe, partnering directly with enterprise customers deploying ElevenLabs' platform across three main offerings: ElevenAgents (voice and chat agents at scale), ElevenCreative (speech, music, image, and video generation across 70+ languages), and ElevenAPI (AI audio foundational models for developers).
You will own the full customer lifecycle for a defined set of accounts in the CEE region. Responsibilities include administering onboarding and enablement across multiple products, advising customers on best practices for deploying ElevenLabs across web, mobile, and backend systems, and analyzing product usage to identify friction points and unlock adoption. You'll drive commercial outcomes measured by Net Revenue Retention and New Product Expansion, identifying expansion opportunities, managing renewals and upsells, and partnering with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership to convert technical success into revenue growth.
This is a builder role on an early GTM team—you'll help establish playbooks and processes rather than simply execute existing ones. The position requires 7+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience with complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in CEE. You must have a track record of owning revenue quotas, closing cross-sell and renewal deals, and deep familiarity with the CEE market landscape. Technical requirements include hands-on experience with AI agents, API integrations, and SDKs. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with a builder mindset and fluency in Polish and English.
