Salary: USD 125,000 - 200,000 / annual

The flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, is a non-invasive test that provides 3D visualization of coronary arteries to assess blood flow impact and identify stenoses. The company has achieved international recognition, regulatory clearance across the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been used in over 500,000 patient cases worldwide. As a Territory Account Manager (TAM) based in South New Jersey, you will serve as HeartFlow's primary representative within your geographic region, driving adoption of the company's cardiovascular diagnostic technology among healthcare providers. This is a field-based role requiring 20%+ overnight travel depending on territory geography. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and execute business development plans with key strategic accounts, focusing on cCTA and FFR_CT clinical pathway adoption - Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and hospital stakeholders - Educate customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and clinical discussions - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Territory Sales Manager, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, Clinical) to organize deployment activities, dinner programs, VIP visits, and CT pathway roadshows - Drive HeartFlow usage growth within assigned accounts by promoting the platform and building physician advocacy - Meet or exceed quota targets for strategic accounts, with success measured by cCTA conversion rates and FFR_CT case growth Required skills include proven sales achievement, account development experience with clinical programs, ability to quickly learn and communicate technical/clinical information, strong relationship-building capabilities, cross-functional coordination skills, customer-focused mentality, and knowledge of cardiac patient pathways. Experience in medical device sales or healthcare technology is preferred. The role demands self-motivation, excellent problem-solving under pressure, and a strong work ethic.
