HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) pioneering AI-driven cardiac diagnostics. The Territory Account Manager will serve as HeartFlow's primary representative within a designated geographic region, driving adoption of the company's non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology—specifically the AI-powered FFR_CT Analysis and related cardiac imaging solutions. The role is customer-facing and relationship-driven. You will work directly with cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and hospital stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and maximize adoption of HeartFlow's cCTA and FFR_CT clinical pathways. Responsibilities include developing and executing business development plans for key strategic accounts, building relationships with referring physicians, educating customers on HeartFlow's clinical value proposition, and organizing clinical programs such as dinner events, VIP visits, and CT pathway roadshows. You will coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams including the Territory Sales Manager, Marketing, Market Access, CT Applications, Product Development, and Clinical teams to deploy resources, support account growth, and execute program development initiatives. Success is measured by quota achievement within assigned accounts, cCTA growth (conversion of non-invasive tests), and FFR_CT penetration and case growth over baseline metrics. The position requires approximately 20–25% travel from a home office. Ideal candidates have proven sales achievement, experience building clinical programs, the ability to quickly grasp and communicate complex clinical and technical information, strong relationship-building skills, and knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology. A customer-focused mentality, self-motivation, excellent problem-solving ability, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
